Get You There Rentals, LLC Serving New York City & New Jersey Effective Date: April 23, 2025

By reserving, booking, or operating any rental vehicle from Get You There Rentals, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you (“Renter,” “you”) agree to the following Terms of Service. Use of our services constitutes legal acceptance of these terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be 25 years of age or older with a valid U.S. driver’s license.

• We may verify your driving history and deny service at our discretion.

2. Reservation & Payment

• A valid credit or debit card is required to book a vehicle.

• Rental charges include:

• Daily Rental Rate: Starting at $220.00/day

• Security Deposit: $500, refundable upon safe return and inspection

• Sales Tax: Applicable in New York and New Jersey • Full payment is required before vehicle release.

• No refunds for early returns unless stated in writing.

3. Mileage & Fuel

• Rentals include 200 free miles per day.

• Additional mileage is billed at $0.35 per mile.

• Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as issued.

• Refill fee: $6.50 per gallon

4. Authorized Use By using our vehicle, you agree:

• To follow all traffic laws in New York and New Jersey.

• To drive only within the New York City area, unless written approval is provided by the Company.

• Not to use the vehicle for:

• Rideshare or delivery services (e.g., Uber, Lyft, DoorDash)

• Racing, off-road use, or towing

• Transporting illegal goods or unauthorized passengers

• That only the renter or approved additional drivers may operate the vehicle.

5. Insurance & Responsibility

• Insurance coverage is available through Get You There Rentals, LLC for an additional fee, or you may use your own personal auto insurance if it covers rentals. Proof may be required.

• We do not provide roadside assistance, but will make reasonable efforts to help coordinate assistance if needed.

• Renters are responsible for all damage, theft, violations, and related costs, including deductibles and repair fees.

6. Return Conditions & Fees Fees:

• Late Return: $15/hour (up to daily rate)

• Excessive Cleaning: $75–$150

• Smoking Violation: $200

• Pet Hair/Odor: $75

• Lost Key Replacement: $300

• Unauthorized Driver Use: $500 plus rental termination

7. Damage & Incident Reporting

• All accidents, thefts, and vehicle damage must be reported immediately.

• You may be charged for:

• Actual repair or replacement cost

• Rental downtime during repairs

• Administrative or towing fees

8. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for:

• Lost, stolen, or damaged personal items

• Travel delays, cancellations, or financial losses due to breakdowns

• Any mechanical issues outside of our control (support will be provided)

9. Governing Law This agreement is governed by:

• The laws of the State of New York for rentals originating in NYC

• The laws of the State of New Jersey for rentals originating in NJ All legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of the state where the rental began.

10. Consent & Agreement By reserving or operating a vehicle from Get You There Rentals, LLC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. This agreement is legally binding without a physical signature.

11. Legal Responsibility & Indemnification The renter agrees to accept full financial responsibility for any loss, theft, damage, traffic violations, or liability incurred during the rental period. The renter also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Get You There Rentals, LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, legal actions, or costs (including legal and court fees) arising out of:

• Any act or omission by the renter or an unauthorized driver

• Improper use, illegal operation, or violation of rental terms

• Accidents or incidents during the rental period This clause survives the return of the vehicle and the end of the rental agreement.
